I bought a house that had a similar style tap but it was broken and leaking. This tap allowed me to replace the tap with the minimum of work. It is far better quality and design than the tap I replaced.

Very satisfied, it was a replacement for our old one of same make. A bit annoying that the screw on handle keeps undoing itself but small matter.

A great-looking tap, apparently well made of high quality materials. This tap looks as if it should give years of service! My only mild criticism is that the under-worktop fastening nuts are plastic and not brass (plastic ones need to be tightened up with great care, yet nonetheless almost invariably break at some point in the life of the tap). Also, as on all such taps, an option for a re-directable nozzle would be advantageous, as after-market swirlers are unsightly. Prompt delivery, in excellent protective packaging. What's not to like?

This is the second tap which I have bought from website and the service is very efficient. This second tap is lovely but as yet not flowing properly. The plumber is going to have to come back to find out if it is the filter or some other issue.
