Delivery is FREE Delivery is to mainland UK only. We do not make overseas deliveries. Delivery quoted is to any single UK mainland address only – using a one man delivery to ground floor locations only. Most items are dispatched to the customer within 3-7 working daysof your order being received. Where a product is not in stock or is on an extended delivery period we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date. The majority of our smaller parcel deliveries are handled by Parcelforce. After placing your order you will receive confirmation by email which will fully detail your order. Following this you will then receive a tracking reference number for your order so you can track the progress of your delivery direct with Parcelforce. Where fragile or large bulky items are being delivered we will arrange delivery by a dedicated delivery vehicle to ensure the products arrive safely and undamaged. On arrival fragile goods will be unwrapped and should be inspected carefully by the customer for any signs of damage. We can only guarantee availability whilst stocks last. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of goods of equivalent quality and price. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. You should NOT arrange fitting any products before receiving and checking the goods. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS INFORMATION*ON ALL HOME DELIVERIES ALL ITEMS MUST BE CHECKED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO ENSURE THEY ARE NOT FAULTY OR DAMAGED. IF THEY APPEAR TO BE FAULTY OR DAMAGED THEN YOU MUST REFUSE THE COMPLETE DELIVERY AND INFORM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY. IF A PRODUCT IS ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER AND SIGNED FOR AS BEING IN PERFECT CONDITION WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIM FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS THEREAFTER. IT IS THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO CHECK THE GOODS THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCUMENTATION. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS ONCE A DELIVERY NOTE HAS BEEN SIGNED *These terms do not apply to small 'Parcel Carrier' Companies such as City-Link and Parcelforce. CERAMIC OR GRANITE PRODUCTS MUST BE INSPECTED AND SIGNED FOR BY THE CUSTOMER ON DELIVERY If an item has any faults or manufacturing defects it will be collected, repaired or replaced at our expense. You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 5 days after we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, with the original undamaged packaging. If any damages occur during transit the customer is responsible in full and a refund will not be given. The total amount to be refunded will be the price paid less the initial delivery charge. If you wish to return the goods more than 5 days after we have delivered the goods to you, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There will be an additional administration charge of 25% of the purchase price of the goods returned. We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 10 days of return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable. This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. |
